1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are required for certain services and cover the time and expertise provided during the consultation session. Once a consultation has taken place, the consultation fee is non-refundable. In some cases, the consultation fee may be applied toward certain planning services if you proceed with booking.

2. Planning Deposits

Planning deposits required for services such as cruise or all-inclusive resort coordination cover the research and preparation of travel options. Once research and recommendations have begun, planning deposits are non-refundable. If a booking is completed through our travel partners, the planning deposit may be applied toward the final booking where applicable.

3. Custom Itinerary Planning

Fees for custom itinerary planning are non-refundable once the itinerary design process has started and planning work has been performed. These fees compensate for the time, research, and expertise required to create a personalized travel experience.

4. Travel Bookings

Travel services booked through third-party suppliers (such as resorts, cruise lines, or tour operators) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of those suppliers. Sincerely Yours does not control supplier policies and cannot guarantee refunds for travel services booked through external providers.

5. Experience and Event Services

Private tasting experiences and other event-based services may have separate cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility for these services will depend on the timing of cancellation and preparation already completed.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
